In South Korea especially in Seoul, sometimes we (including foreigners) called it as 'Apartment Republic'

It's absolutely true. So many people, including me really works hard to own this one. We Seoul citizen believe that to own my apartment can bring us wealth and fame. Practically it is regarded as the citizenship to live in Metropolitan.

However, its appearances not so good. Frankly speaking it is too boring and weird. It is not only spoiling the city's scenery but also devaluating old city. Most of citizen love this apartment. It doesn't matter how the appearance of apartment beautiful is. Because it is so expensive. They just love its exchange value

The figure below, it is the most controversial apartments in Seoul at YongSan. It is under demolition(destroy) crisis, because its an appropriate location. Seoul government wanted to banish it These are standing at the riverside and block the Han river. From Planning to approval on that building everything are totally wrong.

Currently teants strongly opposed to the Seoul government. The price of this apartment jumped high when conflicts begun...Guess it, How much is it?

Close to 1 year, I have used 2 mobile phones, 2G(LG phone) and 3G(Nokia) in Seoul. As you know, I have to use 3G mobile phone(new one) longer than 1year because of contracts. Recently it is over, so I can change it to Smart phone, for examples i-Phone, Android. I'm considering which one is better for me. Android or iPhone?

I think i-Phone is more expensive and more valuable than anything-else. It is No. 1 in the world. Recently it has been booming in Korea. But I don't like popular one and moreover expensive one. There is no scarcity. Also I hate i-tunes which is the representative application of Apple.
How about android? It is unstable so far. In addition it is not enough cheap compared to Apple. Which one should I take it? Help me....-__-
